As Financial Aid Collections Specialists, you will provide guidance to students and parents on the financial aid application process and identify relevant aid opportunities

Essential Functions:
-Providing guidance to students' family members regarding their outstanding financial obligations
-Utilizing the database for retrieving payment due date information
-Reviewing and assessing complete applications of students
Qualifications:
-1 to 2 years of related experience
-A Bachelor's Degree is preferred
-Must be comfortable and trustworthy in handling confidential information
-Ability to answer difficult inquiries
