We are committed to addressing systems of oppression and undoing the harms they have caused.

Position Summary

This role promotes individual voice, choice, inclusion, and community connection while recognizing that quality home life is foundational to health, safety, and personal growth.

The Director of Individual Options oversees the daily operations of the Individual Options Program, including Shared Living, MassAbility, Individual Supports, and Supported Collaborative Living services. • Supervise, support, and develop program staff and Shared Living Providers
  • Oversee staffing, program operations, and service delivery across multiple support models
  • Support the health, safety, and well-being of individuals receiving services
  • Collaborate with individuals, families, providers, community partners, and funding agencies
  • Participate in program planning, development, and continuous quality improvement efforts
  • Foster a culture of belonging, inclusion, accountability, and teamwork
  • Ensure compliance with agency, state, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities and/or human services leadership experience
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Commitment to person-centered practices, inclusion, and social justice values
  • Ability to support and lead teams in a collaborative environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience

If you align with these values and are committed to social justice, we are the place for you to build your career! We offer generous benefits for full-time employees, including:

  • Competitive salary
  • Medical, Dental, LTD, and Life Insurance
  • Tuition Support
  • 403(b) Plan
  • Personal Leave Time Off (includes vacation, bereavement, and sick days)
  • Twelve paid holidays

The Consortium is committed to building inclusive communities where all people are valued and supported to live meaningful lives. We value collaboration, innovation, lived experience, and continuous learning while working to create systems rooted in dignity, belonging, and equity.

To apply, please submit your resume and cover letter to Jasmine Velez at [email protected] by May 30th.
