Responsibilities:

• Maintain and clean facility as required
• Maintain and restock supplies as needed
• Discard trash and recycling
• Grounds keeping will include entire perimeter of the property, as well as general maintenance interior and exterior throughout the property
• Some small repairs and general knowledge of building maintenance required
• Other duties may be assigned by management

Qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent
• Working knowledge of building maintenance issues, including but not limited to, painting, electrical, small appliance repair, air filter replacement, and spills cleanup

Compensation: The pay for this position is $27.00 - $40.00/hr. based on experience.
