What You’ll Do:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of S corporations and partnerships across industries such as manufacturing, distribution, retail, professional services, and tech
• Lead tax planning, compliance, and consulting engagements on a federal and multi-state level
• Conduct research and analysis on complex tax issues, including non-resident withholding and composite tax concerns
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, timely delivery, and strategic tax guidance
• Partner with firm leadership on growth initiatives and team development
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff to ensure high-quality performance and engagement

What You’ll Bring:

• CPA certification (required)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in tax accounting
• Deep expertise in S corporation and partnership taxation, including capital account maintenance and allocations
• Strong technical knowledge of tax prep, compliance, and research
• Exceptional time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Proven leadership ability and a passion for coaching and mentoring others
• A client-first mindset and a track record of building long-lasting relationships
