Job Title: Hospitality Services Coordinator

Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Hospitality Services Coordinator. This position focuses primarily on providing high-level hospitality support, including meeting room set-up/breakdown, beverage service, inventory management, and restocking office supplies. A secondary responsibility is to serve as a back-up receptionist during lunches and absences. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and customer-focused, with the ability to deliver "white glove" service to attorneys and guests.

Schedule & Pay:
• Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Pay rate: $23/hr

Responsibilities:
• Set up and break down meeting rooms
• Provide beverage and hospitality service
• Order and manage office and pantry supplies
• Clean and organize kitchen/refrigerator areas
• Stock office materials and supplies
• Provide receptionist coverage during breaks or vacations
• Interact professionally with attorneys and guests

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior hospitality or office support experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service and organizational abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional environment
• Proficient with basic office equipment and computers
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
