Chief Financial Officer
We are partnering with a non-profit organization in Lawrence, MA who is looking to add a Chief Financial Officer to their team. This role will serve as a strategic business partner to executive leadership while overseeing all financial operations and driving key organizational initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic financial leadership and guidance to executive management
- Oversee all accounting, finance, budgeting, and forecasting functions
- Lead and manage the organization's financial planning and analysis efforts
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and regulatory compliance
- Drive digital transformation initiatives and ERP system implementation
- Manage cash flow, investments, and overall financial health of the organization
- Partner with operational leaders to support organizational growth and objectives
- Lead, develop, and mentor the finance and accounting team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience
- Nonprofit experience required
- Proven ability to serve as a strategic business partner
- ERP implementation experience required
- Ability to step into a leadership role and make an immediate impact
Compensation : $220K-$240K depending on experience
