Veterinarian (DVM) - Natick, MA
A veterinary hospital is seeking a Veterinarian to join its established small animal practice. This opportunity is ideal for a veterinarian who wants to provide meaningful, high-quality care while building strong relationships with clients and making a real impact in the community.This role offers a balanced environment where clinical excellence, collaboration, and work-life balance are all prioritized.
Responsibilities- Perform physical exams, diagnostics, and treatment planning
- Provide preventive care, vaccinations, and wellness services
- Perform routine and soft tissue surgical procedures
- Conduct dental exams, cleanings, and treatments
- Manage urgent care cases as needed
- Utilize diagnostic tools such as digital radiology, ultrasound, and in-house labs
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive care
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited institution
- Active or eligible veterinary license
- Interest or experience in general practice
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
- Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care
- Open to new graduates (mentorship available)
