We’re seeking a highly organized and articulate professional to join a healthcare team as a Grievance Coordinator.
This role focuses on responding to member concerns related to Medicare Advantage plans, balancing accurate documentation with clear, compassionate communication.
You’ll handle sensitive issues and ensure timely, compliant resolutions, making a real difference in members’ experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to member complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Document each interaction clearly in a case management system
- Investigate issues thoroughly and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate follow-up
- Communicate decisions and outcomes via both phone and written correspondence
- Meet required timelines for case resolution in a highly regulated environment
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in a role requiring thoughtful resolution of customer concerns
- Excellent communication skills written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Confidence using tools like Microsoft Office and internal database
- A wired internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work
