YOUR DAY AS A FIREPLACE SALES SPECIALIST

When you join our team as a Fireplace Sales Specialist, your day starts with a virtual sales meeting for continued training before heading into the field to complete 2–5 chimney inspections per day, climbing roofs, evaluating conditions, taking precise measurements, and documenting information. You communicate repair needs clearly, present tailored solutions, close sales, and follow up with past customers to ensure satisfaction and continued business-all while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.

This is a full-time, field-based position with flexibility built around customer appointments and inspection schedules.

REQUIREMENTS FOR FIREPLACE SALES SPECIALIST

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Comfort working at heights and climbing ladders
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Sales experience with strong closing ability
• Experience with iPads and technology
• Accurate measuring skills
• Willingness to obtain a Certified Chimney Sweep (CCS) or a Certified Chimney Professional (CCP) certification within the first 12 months of employment- and continue your training.

Preferred qualifications include experience selling high-ticket services and a comfort level working in the field.
