Help Desk Support

Our client, a respected safety association, is seeking a Help Desk Support person for an 8-week onsite assignment . In this role, you'll gain exposure to enterprise IT environments, conference room technology, and end-user support-perfect for someone building or expanding their IT support career.

What You'll Do

• Provide front-line technical support for conference center meetings and events
• Set up and connect laptops and devices to displays using the proper adapters
• Ensure conference room equipment (microphones, keyboards, phones, etc.) is charged, tested, and ready to go
• Support internal employees with equipment issues and IT processes
• Help IT administrators with daily equipment checks, shipping devices to remote employees, and other hands-on tasks
• Document issues and escalate to team members when needed

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of help desk or IT support experience
• Working knowledge of Windows and Mac OS , PC software, and VPNs
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Bonus points for experience with Crestron systems , desktop networking, DNS basics, or A+ certification
