Job Title: Quality Inspector I

Location: Devens, MA

Pay: $20/hour (weekly pay)

Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• 36 hours one week / 48 hours the next
• Every other weekend required
• Job Type: Temp-to-Perm

Job Summary

A medical device manufacturer in Devens, MA is hiring a Quality Inspector I . This role is responsible for ensuring product quality, accuracy, and compliance with company and regulatory standards. Candidates should be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect medical device products and components.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Accurately document inspection results.
• Work collaboratively with production staff and team members.
• Identify and report quality issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior inspection or quality control experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Comfortable with a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.
