**Job Title: Electrical Assembler** **Job Description** Join our innovative team, where we continue to lead the industry in robotic automation and material handling equipment. We manufacture advanced machines, including case palletizers and multi-line case palletizing systems, serving the Food and Beverage and Chemical industries. **Responsibilities** + Utilize machine drawings, assembly drawings, control schematics, and relevant bills of materials to build and troubleshoot as needed. + Perform wiring tasks and work with control panels. + Engage in reducing or eliminating non-value-added work throughout the organization. + Use hand tools proficiently for various assembly tasks, ensuring quality workmanship and neatness. + Complete quality assurance checks for Blue Books. + Provide accurate documentation, including labor reporting and material reports. + Execute inventory re-ordering policies, including 'Kanban'. + Prepare equipment for shipment, including machine teardown. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in assembly, including mechanical and electrical assembly. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Proficient use of hand and power tools. + General labor and assembling skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1+ year of experience in Electrical Assembly. **Why Work Here?** Experience a small company atmosphere with the support of a large corporation. Enjoy special perks like tickets to Brewers games. **Work Environment** Work on the first shift from 5:30 AM, Monday to Thursday, with a 30-minute lunch break. Voluntary overtime may occur on Fridays or Saturdays, with the potential for involuntary overtime communicated on Mondays. Work in a very clean and well-lit facility, often in teams of 2-6 assemblers. Utilize Milwaukee tools and be prepared to work on platforms up to 20 feet high and 70 feet long. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Randolph, WI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $23.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
