Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator for a short-term assignment to support the entry of approximately 7,500 Nutrition Satisfaction Surveys. The surveys have been scanned and saved as PDFs and must be accurately entered into a secure, web-based system.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter survey data from scanned PDF files into an online data entry form.

Process two versions of surveys containing 24-26 data fields each.

Follow established data entry guidelines, including handling blanks, “other/specify” responses, and skip patterns.

Perform routine quality checks and promptly correct any identified errors.

Identify and flag unreadable or unclear survey responses for resolution.

Maintain confidentiality and comply with all data security requirements.
Required Qualifications

Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.

Proficiency using computers, including navigating PDFs and web-based data entry systems.

Ability to meet productivity targets while maintaining high data quality.

Prior experience with high-volume data entry from scanned documents (PDFs).

Experience working with online form platforms and structured survey instruments.
