About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Planning & Support Specialist to assist with coordinating client plans, organizing logistics, and maintaining clear communication throughout the planning process. This role focuses on managing timelines, confirming arrangements, and ensuring a smooth and well-structured client experience from start to finish.
This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate planning timelines and key milestones for clients
Organize scheduling details, confirmations, and related documentation
Support logistics related to meetings, events, and associated arrangements
Communicate with vendors, partners, and service providers as needed
Maintain accurate records using internal systems and tools
Provide consistent, professional communication to clients throughout the process
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
High attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Comfortable using online systems and collaboration tools
Background in client services, hospitality, administrative support, or coordination is helpful but not required
