Quality System Coordinator

Quality System Coordinator responsible for the overall monitoring of the IATF16949 management system at Gentherm Morocco to ensure effective implementation in company. Main task: GTMS document management, Internal audit to ensure all process satisfy IATF and internal procedure requirement; Lead customer audit and visit process to ensure audit and visit process are under control. Support other system management process.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deploy and maintain the Quality Management System
• Plan and conduct the internal system and process audits
• Lead the preparation for external audits (IATF16949, VDA 6.3/Formel Q process audit)
• Follow up on audits findings and ensure implementation of systemic actions
• Lead the processes risks assessment and implementation of mitigation actions
• Develop and implement the contingency plan
• Consolidate the management review inputs
• Participate in and support ISO17025 yearly internal audit
• Collect, communicate customer CSR requirements with the entire company
• Responsible for yearly internal training about IATF16949, VDA6.3
• Update customer portal information within QMS scope, for example: certification, audit & corrective action, self-assessment, etc.
• Support LPA process and LPA system maintain
• Manage plant system document, ensure all quality system documents are satisfy GTMS procedure requirement
• Manage quality system document release in related production area according to the rules of quality system document release
• Comply with the company's regulation and relevant laws and regulations requirement
• Compliance documentation of environnemental management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Master degree in Quality/ Industrial Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years of quality experience
• Be familiar with office software
