Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support issues.
• Provide legal advice and representation to clients while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in family law to provide informed counsel.
• Collaborate with senior attorney and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and empathy.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices within the firm.
• Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance legal skills and knowledge.

Required Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
• 1-5 years of experience in family law preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
