What You’ll Do
As a Guest Service Expert, you’ll create great experiences for every guest by:
- Greeting guests with a friendly, positive attitude
- Taking accurate orders and handling payments
- Making menu recommendations and upselling when appropriate
- Keeping the dining area clean and welcoming
- Supporting your team in a fast-paced environment
- Ensuring every guest leaves satisfied
- No experience needed—we provide training
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Availability for flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to food safety and company standards
