Requirements :

- Knowledge : Familiarity with the Massachusetts courthouse system and procedures for retrieving records.
- Transportation : Must have a reliable car for travel to multiple courthouse locations.
- Attention to Detail : Ability to retrieve and verify precise records.
- Reliability : Strong track record of meeting deadlines and handling sensitive information with discretion.
