OPENER (5:30AM-2PM) - Front of House Team Member
Part-time/Full-time
Staring at $15.75/hr

In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Team Members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.
Position Type:
- Full-time and part time-on-site.
- Opener position, must be 18 years or old to apply.
- Must be available to work on Saturdays. This position is not a M-F only job.
Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- You will be cross trained in different assignments such as: Drive Through, Dining Room, Bagging (bagger), Cash Register/Cashier, Shakes, Sauce area, Drinks area, and more!
- Open the restaurant for operations
- Smile
- Create and Maintain Eye Contact
- Speak Enthusiastically
- Make Emotional Connections with Guests
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Conduct yourself with a positive and professional attitude.
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned

- Have the ability to lift and carry 5-50 lbs on a regular basis
