Label and Supplies Sales Executive

Mid-Atlantic (SC, NC, VA) – must be located in this market

JOB SUMMARY & SCOPE:

Responsible for the development and execution of a strategic sales plan to achieve market sales targets, corporate objectives, promote revenue growth and client satisfaction for clients focusing on Print-Media Solutions (Printers, Labels, Supplies)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Develop and execute effective sales programs that will retain and develop a current book of business as well as attract additional accounts for the profitable company growth.
  • Identify key target accounts and explore other business opportunities.
  • Implement strategies to increase recurring revenue streams and maintain gross margins focusing primarily on Print-Media Solutions (Printers, Labels and Supplies) product categories.
  • Develop annual sales plan and quotas in support of organizational strategy and objectives.
  • Direct the implementation and execution of sales reporting, policies and practices to include forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Participate in alignment of multiple channel selling strategies.
  • Provide input and support to company leadership in the development of affiliations and partnership arrangements.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE + KEY TRAITS:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ selling experience selling Printing Solution (Printers, Supplies, Labels) Solutions
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; up to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • This is not a management position.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

REASONING ABILITY:

  • Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and utilize existing resources to solve problems.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is helpful.
