JOB SUMMARY & SCOPE:Responsible for the development and execution of a strategic sales plan to achieve market sales targets, corporate objectives, promote revenue growth and client satisfaction.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Develop and execute effective sales programs that will retain and develop a current book of business as well as attract additional accounts for the profitable company growth.
- Identify key target accounts and explore other business opportunities across all sales channels - One Peak.
- Implement strategies to increase recurring revenue streams and maintain gross margins across product categories.
- Develop annual sales plan and quotas in support of organizational strategy and objectives.
- Direct the implementation and execution of sales reporting, policies and practices to include forecasting and pipeline management.
- Build, develop, and manage sales team capable of carrying out needed sales and service initiatives.
- Participate in alignment of multiple channel selling strategies.
- Provide input and support to company leadership in the development of affiliations and partnership arrangements.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE + KEY TRAITS:
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; up to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY:
- Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and utilize existing resources to solve problems.

COMPUTER SKILLS:
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Excel Spreadsheet software, Word Processing, and PowerPoint presentation software. CRM skills required.
