We are seeking a visionary Senior Software Director to lead our AI engineering teams focused on healthcare reimbursement, patient accounting, and revenue cycle management (RCM). You will set the strategic direction, oversee the development and delivery of AI/ML-enabled solutions, and partner closely with product, architecture, and domain experts to transform complex payer-provider processes. This leadership role is pivotal in driving innovation, optimizing healthcare financial performance, and accelerating transformations in the health-tech landscape.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy: Drive the AI engineering vision, roadmap, and culture for Oracle's healthcare reimbursement and patient accounting portfolio.

AI/ML Delivery: Oversee end-to-end delivery of scalable AI/ML solutions for claims processing, charge capture, revenue integrity, denial management, and RCM-powered automation.

Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Product, UX, Platform, and Domain teams, as well as external healthcare customers and partners.

Team Development: Mentor, inspire, and grow high-performing engineering teams delivering best-in-class AI capabilities.

Innovation: Champion research, rapid prototyping, and adoption of emerging AI/ML technologies to keep Oracle at the forefront of healthcare RCM.

Governance & Compliance: Ensure all solutions meet the highest security, privacy, and regulatory standards

Operational Excellence: Drive engineering quality, agile execution, incident management, and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Management: Communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

CA: Hiring Range in CAD from: $133,700 to $292,100 per annum.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $141,200 to $338,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
