T3 Advisory is seeking a strategic, student success-driven Program Manager to lead high-impact consulting engagements with postsecondary institutions and partner organizations. The Program Manager will lead multi-stakeholder project teams, develop field-facing content, and help drive cross-sector collaboration and learning to support student success and institutional improvement. This role is ideal for a seasoned project leader who brings a deep understanding of higher education, outstanding organizational skills, and a passion for advancing equitable outcomes.
Work Hours & Expectations: This is a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The schedule is flexible, but the expectation is that the Program Manager will be available for meetings and collaborative work during business hours (East Coast time). Some evening and weekend work may be required to meet client deadlines and project needs.
Billing Goal: The Program Manager is expected to achieve a billing goal of 30 billable hours per week.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project & Partner Coordination – 30%
- Manage a portfolio of strategic meetings, convenings, and workstreams focused on institutional transformation and planning
- Develop agendas, learning goals, and follow-up materials for national and partner convenings
- Coordinate communication across institutional partners, service providers, and foundation stakeholders
- Design and maintain shared knowledge systems to track progress and capture insights
Service Integration & Communication – 30%
- Support the refinement of services offered by T3 and its institutional/intermediary partners
- Plan and implement outreach strategies to engage institutions and partners
- Develop resources like glossaries, onboarding guides, and internal reports to support alignment
Strategy & Field Engagement – 30%
- Collaborate with Research Analyst to synthesize research and interviews into actionable insights and recommendations
- Track emerging research and trends in student success, guided pathways, and institutional transformation
- Develop content such as blog posts, presentations, and webinars showcasing T3’s thought leadership
Operations & Planning – 10%
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration
- Partner with T3 leadership to ensure role clarity, aligned workstreams, and goal tracking
- Contribute to other projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in higher education, consulting, nonprofits, or foundations
- Proven track record managing multi-stakeholder projects in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Strong communication, facilitation, and writing skills across audiences
- Deep commitment to educational equity and systemic change
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred
- Experience with institutional planning, student success strategies (e.g., guided pathways), or change management in higher education
- Familiarity with project tools like Notion, Miro
- Experience with generative AI tools and the ability to integrate them into workflow processes and educational settings

Compensation
- Annual Salary: $90,000-110,000
- 15% annual bonus potential (determined based on company performance)
