In this role, you will represent private equity sponsors, banks, and private credit lenders in connection with term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth.

Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit agreements, and collateral documents. Candidates should have exceptional academic credentials, strong law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
