About the Role

This is a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground leadership role. As the Restaurant Assistant General Manager in Boston, MA , you're not managing from a back office, you're on the floor, side by side with your team, running the show. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, lead and develop your crew, maintain high standards for food quality and guest experience, and drive the kind of results that fuel growth.

 Job Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management or leadership experience — you've been here before and you know what it takes
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold a team accountable with confidence and consistency

• Experience managing labor, scheduling, and cost controls
• Solid understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and inventory systems

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

• A genuine passion for hospitality and team culture
• Experience developing managers or building leadership pipelines

Bonus Points (Nice to Haves):

• Experience in fast casual or high-volume restaurant environments
• New restaurant opening experience is an added plus
• Experience opening or scaling restaurant locations
• Multi- Unit experience.
