Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year + achievable bonus

About the Role
This is a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground leadership role. As the Restaurant Assistant General Manager in Boston, MA , you're not managing from a back office, you're on the floor, side by side with your team, running the show. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, lead and develop your crew, maintain high standards for food quality and guest experience, and drive the kind of results that fuel growth.
Job Qualifications
To be considered for the Restaurant Assistant General Manager position in Boston, MA , candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Previous restaurant management or leadership experience — you've been here before and you know what it takes
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold a team accountable with confidence and consistency

- Experience managing labor, scheduling, and cost controls
- Solid understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and inventory systems
- Ability to stay calm, think clearly, and make smart decisions under pressure
- Strong customer service mindset with sharp problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional — you set the standard
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills with both staff and guests
- Working knowledge of food safety and cleanliness standards
- Social media or local store marketing experience
- Strong recruiting and hiring background
- A genuine passion for hospitality and team culture
- Experience developing managers or building leadership pipelines
Bonus Points (Nice to Haves):
- Experience in fast casual or high-volume restaurant environments
- New restaurant opening experience is an added plus
- Experience opening or scaling restaurant locations
- Multi- Unit experience.
Job Responsibilities:
As the Restaurant Assistant General Manager in Boston, MA , you will:
- Run day-to-day restaurant operations with confidence and accountability
