The SPY-6 Family of Radars is seeking a talented **Systems Engineer II** to help in the execution of integration and analysis activities. In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for helping to identify issues, generate solutions, and verify the solutions are implemented as designed. This role will require communication skills to convey solutions and results to teammates and leadership. **This position is in Tewksbury or Marlborough, MA.** **What You Will Do:** + You will develop concepts of operations for radar systems + You will be responsible for radar processing algorithm development + You will be responsible for radar software requirements development + You will be responsible for statistical and numerical analysis of radar performance data + You will be responsible for analysis tool development in support of problem identification and resolution + You will be responsible for working with with Systems and Software Engineers to develop and implement solutions + You will present findings and solutions to Leadership and/or Customers **Qualifications You Must Have:** + Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 2 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience. + Experience with tools, such as MATLAB/Python or C++ This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships). + An active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
