As the GTM Programs Director, you will lead the orchestration of critical cross-functional initiatives to ensure seamless Go-To-Market execution. You will serve as the strategic connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to drive operational alignment and accountability. This role is pivotal in transforming high-level business strategy into actionable plans that will fuel Rapid7’s growth.
About the Team
This role sits within the centralized Revenue Operations organization. Our mission is to build the engine that powers Rapid7’s growth by aligning the entire customer journey across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This team is focused on more than just tools; driving the processes and data-driven insights that allow our GTM teams to scale efficiently.
The RevOps team is responsible for the operational health and predictability of the business. We serve as a strategic partner to leadership, providing the actionable insights and governance needed to optimize resources and drive a seamless experience for our customers. By bridging the gap between high-level planning and day-to-day execution, we ensure the organization is moving in lockstep toward our collective revenue goals.
About the Role
As the GTM Programs Director, your primary responsibility will be to lead and oversee multiple strategic GTM initiatives with a focus on timely and accurate completion.
In this role you will:
Partner with Finance and GTM leadership to orchestrate the annual planning cycle, ensuring models are translated into executable territory and quota plans.
Coordinate cross-functionally across Operations, Enablement, and IT to ensure technical systems like Salesforce and Clari are updated and aligned with business decisions.
Document and track strategic decisions made during planning, utilizing supporting data to maintain high levels of organizational transparency.
Standardize project management practices by consolidating tools and implementing clear intake processes to reduce duplication and improve knowledge sharing.
Bridge the gap between Product and Sales by ensuring bookings plans are underpinned by realistic product delivery dates and enhancement schedules.
Support executive leadership by preparing consumable data and strategic insights for board preparations and executive offsites.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency with GTM tools such as Salesforce and Clari, and project management software like Jira or Asana.

The salary range for this role in the US is:
$183,900.00 - 248,800.00 USD AnnualSalary ranges may vary based on geographical location. This range does not include variable/incentive compensation, equity and benefits (where applicable/eligible).
