Description:

Join a production team responsible for assembling small electromechanical products and related subassemblies. This role involves working with small components, performing quality checks, and supporting production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Mechanically inclined candidates encouraged to apply. Previous assembly experience is preferred, and candidates with soldering experience are highly desired but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and test electromechanical components using tools and equipment according to specifications and procedures
• Perform quality control inspections to ensure product standards are met
• Identify and escalate assembly or production issues to supervisors as needed
• Perform minor repair or rework tasks when required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Support other production-related duties as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hand dexterity and ability to work with small components
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency
• Ability to follow written procedures, patterns, and blueprints (documents are in English)
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot basic assembly issues
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

• No formal education or advanced training required.
• 0–1 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred.

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods at a workbench
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
• Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks
• Good visual acuity for inspecting parts and tools
• Comfortable working in an environment that may occasionally include dust, heat, or routine factory movement

Must pass background check and drug screening (THC acceptable)
Background check must include:

• Federal criminal search
• Multi-state sex offender, terrorism, sanctions, and watchlist screenings
