Job Details Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to litigation and business attorneys
Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents with precision
Handle state and federal court e-filing
Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and travel arrangements
Open and maintain client matters and organize case files
Assist with billing processes, time entry, and invoice review
Coordinate communications with clients, courts, and internal teams
Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality Qualifications:
5+ years of litigation experience in a law firm environment
Strong knowledge of court procedures, legal terminology, and filing requirements
Experience with state and federal e-filing systems
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
