What You’ll Do:

• Build and manage relationships with employers in financial services to identify partnership and recruiting opportunities
• Conduct outreach to expand connections with investment firms, hedge funds, and consulting groups
• Research market trends and identify new organizations to target for engagement
• Plan and support employer-focused events like presentations, networking sessions, and coffee chats
• Collaborate with your teammate and internal partners to ensure every engagement runs smoothly

Required Experience & Skills:

• Two years of experience in employer relations, client or relationship management within the financial services industry
• Must have a firm understanding of the financial industry including the ability to understand key firm distinctions within the sector
• Communication Skills: Engage clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Organization: Effectively manage multiple projects, tasks, and stakeholders

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Expertise in event planning and outreach strategy
• Prior experience working in or with investment banking, asset management, hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, or financial consulting firms
• Previous experience in recruiting, employer relations, or business development within financial services
