The Opportunity:We have an exciting opportunity for a Real Estate Associate to join our Boston office and the Seyfarth Real Estate Department.
The Day-To-Day:As an associate in the Real Estate Department, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys.
You Have:- At least six years of extensive experience with real estate transactions including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development, financing and preferred equity, joint ventures and other vehicles for real estate ownership.
- Interest in joining and actively contributing to a dynamic department handling a broad range of matters for a diversified client base, including those involved in residential, retail and mixed-use ownership, investment and development, data centers, warehousing and other e-commerce.
- Excellent academic credentials, as well as high level analytic, verbal and written communication skills; large firm experience preferred.
- Admission to the Massachusetts Bar is required.

The salary range for this role is $350,000 to $380,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for an annual merit increase and bonus pay.
