Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
  • Present, demonstrate, and sell new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Guide customers through the purchasing process, including financing and trade-ins.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle features, pricing, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve dealership sales goals.
  • Ensure all sales paperwork is accurate and processed in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for the automotive industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
