The Role

As Executive Chef, you will own the kitchen. This includes:

• Full oversight of BOH operations in a high-volume environment
• Driving labor and food cost performance
• Budgeting and financial accountability
• Menu engineering and execution
• Hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
• Building a disciplined, high-performing, positive kitchen culture
• Maintaining safety, sanitation, and operational standards

Youll partner closely with front-of-house leadership to ensure the guest experience matches the energy of the concept: welcoming, polished, and fun without losing culinary integrity.

What You Bring

• 35+ years as an Executive Chef in a high-volume setting
• Strong financial acumen (P&L, food cost, labor modeling)
• Proven ability to develop and retain BOH talent
• Passion for Italian-inspired cuisine and scratch execution
• Calm, composed leadership under pressure
• Culinary degree preferred (exceptional experience considered)
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak business periods
