Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage project schedules, ensuring the timely completion of milestones. The role requires effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, as well as overseeing material procurement and delivery. You will confirm quality and coordinate installation, conduct site visits up to three times per week to monitor progress, and address any arising issues. Additionally, you will assist with creating estimates and tracking expenses using project management tools, utilizing software such as Houzz to streamline procurement and expense tracking.

- Project management skills.
- Construction and construction management experience.
- Residential construction experience.
- 4+ years within the construction industry.
- Experience with project management software.
- Project coordination and change order management.
- Estimation skills.
- Strong background in residential construction.
- Hands-on experience in carpentry or similar trade preferred.
- Familiarity with estimating and material ordering.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and travel as needed (approx. 40%).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Worcester, MA. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.84 - $43.27/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
