Either way, you’re hands-on with precision electro-mechanical products—assembling, testing, calibrating, inspecting, and documenting every step against exacting standards.

Assembly Technicians – 10 openings

• 1st Shift: $20.00–$22.00/hr (4 openings)
• 2nd Shift: $22.00–$24.20/hr (6 openings)

Test Technicians – 6 openings

• 1st Shift: $22.00–$24.00/hr (2 openings)
• 2nd Shift: $24.20–$26.40/hr (4 openings)

What You’ll Handle

• Build electro-mechanical subassemblies and full systems using documented methods
• Run in-process and final tests, record results, and verify conformance
• Calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair production machines and electronic subassemblies
• Interpret work instructions, assembly drawings, schematics, blueprints, and specifications
• Complete production travelers, logs, and all associated records accurately
• Apply hand tools proficiently (screwdrivers, torque tools, crimpers, soldering irons)
• Operate inspection tools (calipers, indicators) and electrical test gear (multimeters)
• Assist with packaging and reconditioned hardware when needed
• Hit quality, throughput, and safety targets in a regulated manufacturing setting
• Support audits, safety programs, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Help train team members as required
• Take on additional duties as assigned

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent experience/training
• Background in manufacturing, assembly, or technical work preferred
• Comfort reading and following technical documentation and procedures
• Mechanical and/or electrical aptitude with strong hands-on skills
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Experience in regulated or quality-focused environments is a plus
