Who we are looking for

We are looking for a talented and motivated AI/ML Engineer to be a core builder of our initial AI solutions. Your first responsibility will be to develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts for our highest-impact use cases, such as creating a basic component recommender or a simple step-optimization algorithm. As these solutions mature, you will be responsible for building them into robust, scalable, and production-ready AI models. You will work closely with the AI Architect to bring the technical vision to life and lay the groundwork for our future AI-powered products.

What you get to do

  • Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and algorithms for prototypes and production systems.

  • Analyze and preprocess large datasets for model training and validation.

  • Conduct experiments to test and optimize AI models for performance and accuracy.

  • Collaborate with the AI Architect, product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into our products.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

  • Troubleshoot and debug AI applications to resolve technical issues.

What you bring to the Team

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in AI and machine learning model development.

  • Strong programming skills in Python.

  • Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

  • Experience with data manipulation and scientific computing libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).

  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
