We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable HVAC Install Apprentice to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a long-term career in the HVAC industry while learning from experienced professionals.

Position Summary

As an HVAC Install Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced lead installers to install residential heating and cooling systems while learning the skills necessary to become a successful HVAC technician. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of residential heating and air conditioning systems

• Learn proper installation procedures for furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and related equipment

• Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites

• Maintain clean and organized work areas, vehicles, and job sites

• Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices

• Assist with ductwork fabrication and installation

• Learn how to properly use HVAC tools, gauges, and testing equipment

• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members

• Accurately complete paperwork and job documentation as required

• Help deliver a 5-star customer experience on every job

• Perform other duties as needed to support the installation team

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds

• Comfortable working in attics, basements, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools

• HVAC schooling or trade school experience is a plus but not required

• Prior construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related experience is preferred but not required
