Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-TimeLTC Therapy: Blackstone Valley Health & RehabilitationWhitinsville, MA$42–$46/hourLTC Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join the rehabilitation team at Blackstone Valley Health & Rehabilitation. This position offers the opportunity to work with residents in both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care, helping them improve independence and confidence in their daily activities.Position Responsibilities:Perform occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plansProvide treatment focused on activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity function, coordination, balance, cognition, and safety awarenessRecommend adaptive equipment and strategies to support resident independence and participation in daily routinesCollaborate with nursing, therapy staff, physicians, and families to coordinate care and support resident goalsMonitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as neededComplete accurate and timely clinical documentationWhy Join LTC Therapy:Collaborative rehabilitation team with PT, OT, SLP, and nursing professionalsOpportunity to work with both post-acute rehabilitation and long-term care residentsSupportive clinical leadership and strong interdisciplinary communicationFocus on resident-centered care and meaningful functional outcomesBenefits:Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement planPaid time off and holiday payCEU reimbursementProfessional development and advancement opportunitiesQualifications:Active Occupational Therapist license requiredStrong communication, organization, and clinical reasoning skillsSkilled nursing experience preferred but not requiredDirect Hire.
