TLC Nursing
Lenox, MA
Step into a pivotal role as a Speech Language Pathologist in Lenox, Massachusetts, where your expertise will shape meaningful communication for patients across diverse settings. This contract position invites you to bring comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and intervention for speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders. From your first day on 11/24/2025, you’ll join a dedicated team that values clinical excellence, compassionate care, and ongoing professional growth. You’ll work a schedule that guarantees 35 hours per week, with weeks contracted at a time, offering the stability you deserve in a traveling assignment. The opportunity is designed to challenge and reward you, blending the rewards of direct patient impact with the flexibility of a travel role that respects your life and goals.

Lenox and the wider Massachusetts Berkshire region offer a high quality of life, cultural richness, and natural beauty. Picture mornings spent exploring the scenic trails and historic villages, afternoons immersed in world-class music and the arts, and evenings savoring farm-to-table dining. For those who want variety, this role also affords the prospect of assignments across U.S. locations, expanding your professional horizon while maintaining a supportive network and consistent standards of care.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of communication care, partnering with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to elevate participation in daily life. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough speech, language, cognitive-communication, articulation, fluency, voice, and swallowing assessments; creating, implementing, and adjusting individualized therapy plans; delivering therapy in one-on-one and group formats; documenting progress and outcomes in electronic medical records; communicating with families and caregivers to support carryover at home and in school environments; collaborating with audiologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, physicians, and teachers to align goals; providing patient and caregiver education on strategies, devices, and environmental supports; ensuring compliance with best practices, clinical guidelines, and regulatory standards; participating in quality improvement initiatives and program development to expand access and outcomes. You will have opportunities for professional growth within your specialty, including exposure to pediatric and adult populations, telepractice options as appropriate, and potential to extend assignments through renewed contracts. Competitive benefits include a guaranteed weekly pay range of $2,518-$2,653, plus a bonus to recognize exceptional performance, housing assistance to ease relocation, and extension opportunities that let you deepen your impact. Our travel program also provides robust support: 24/7 assistance while you’re traveling with the company, a dedicated clinical liaison for case consultation, travel logistics support, and access to resources designed to keep you safe, productive, and engaged on assignment.

Beyond the clinical and logistical advantages, the company’s values center on empowering staff. We are committed to fostering career advancement within a supportive, collaborative environment where your voice matters and your professional development is prioritized. You’ll find mentorship, ongoing training opportunities, and avenues to contribute to program growth while maintaining a healthy work–life balance. This is a place where your clinical curiosity is encouraged, your feedback is valued, and your success is celebrated as part of a larger mission to expand access to high-quality speech and language care.
