THE ROLE

The Compliance Associate ensures that MFS complies with all applicable laws rules and regulations. This role assists in day to day functions associated with the Reporting Compliance including Client Reporting Regulatory Reporting and Management Reporting. This role will also assist in various strategic and tactical projects as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• With guidance from manager assist in various reporting functions (Client Reporting Regulatory Reporting and Management Reporting).

• Monitors adherence to compliance policies across business units.

• Reports compliance status and issues to the Compliance Officer and senior management.

• Maintains current knowledge of global regulatory changes and marketplace dynamics.

• Builds and maintains effective relationships with business partners and industry peers.

• Identifies and implements opportunities for process improvement.

• Participates in compliance initiatives and projects as assigned.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.

• 0-1 years of relevant experience.

• Strong interpersonal organizational and communication skills.

• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.

PREFERRED SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience with data analysis report generation and AI technologies.

• Familiarity with compliance reporting functions and applicable laws.

• Bachelors degree in business data analytics or finance.

• Excellent presentation skills.

Base Salary Range: $54000.00 - $78000.00 This position is eligible for competitive incentive bonus.

This range reflects our good-faith expectation forwhat well pay depending on the candidates experience training and addition to the salary we also offer significant and competitive incentive compensationbased on both individual and company performance.
