- Deliver personalized, hands-on therapy care to clients in their homes.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and design tailored treatment plans to improve clients’ quality of life.
- Educate clients and caregivers on disease management, adaptive techniques, and home safety.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- Re-evaluate and adjust care plans to meet evolving client needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Physical therapist Assistant (state licensure required).
- Experience : 1+ years in home health, outpatient, or rehabilitation settings (new grads passionate about homecare are welcome to apply!).
Skills :
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work autonomously.
- Tech-savvy with EHR/EMR systems (e.g., experience with [specific software]).
- Compassionate communicator with a knack for building trust with clients and families.
- Flexibility : Willingness to travel locally to serve clients in the following areas (mileage reimbursement provided).

We serve clients across 5 key regions of Greater Boston:
- Area 1: Boston, South Boston, South End, Dorchester, Roxbury, W. Roxbury, Mattapan, Hyde Park, Jamaica Plain, Roslindale.
- Area 2: Quincy, Weymouth, Randolph, Braintree, Brockton.
- Area 3: Cambridge, Allston, Brighton, Brookline, Somerville, Charlestown.
- Area 4: Lynn, Chelsea, Revere, Everett, Malden, Medford, East Boston, Winthrop, Melrose.
- Area 5: Andover, N. Andover, Billerica, Burlington, Woburn, Wilmington, Chelmsford, Dracut, Haverhill, Lawrence, Lowell.
