Position Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of Day Treatment and Intensive Outpatient programs, including group schedule management, budget oversight, admissions, and coordination of treatment team.
• Provide clinical supervision to staff, and coordinate supervision with Clinical Supervisor, as necessary, to remain in compliance with state licensure
• Human resource management, including hiring, staff development, performance reviews, and addressing employee issues
• Run weekly team meetings.
• Work with AVP and Director of Quality & Compliance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Run groups/meals on the program schedule, as needed
• Participate in marketing initiatives for Atlanta program

Education, Competencies and Credentials:

• Master’s degree in mental health counseling, social work, or similar discipline.
• Independent Licensure required MA License – LMHC/LPC, LCSW/LICSW, LMFT, Psy.D, Ph.D.
• Minimum of five years’ experience; Higher Level of Care experience preferred
• Experience working with individuals with eating disorders is preferred.

Hours: 40 hours per week Monday through Friday, some evenings required.
