Bilingual Spanish/English - Info Representative ($22/hr)

This role offers the opportunity to work hybrid after a 3-week training period, with mandatory in-office presence for 3 days per week.

Responsibilities:

• As an Information and Referral Specialist, you will connect community members to health and human service resources based on their needs and location
• Verifying and updating contact information in both Spanish and English
• Provide accurate and timely information to enhance the efficiency of our operations and services

This position is ideal for individuals with call center and phone-based customer service experience who are passionate about supporting underrepresented populations. The most critical need is for bilingual call takers who speak both English and Spanish.

Qualifications:

• Prior Call Center experience
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Experience with data gathering techniques
• Demonstrated aptitude with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, databases, and other software systems
• Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading skills
• Proficient typing skills
• Strong writing skills
• Works well within a team and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in a hybrid work set-up
• General knowledge of Health & Human Services
