About Clover Behavioral Health

Clover Behavioral Health is a client-centered, evidence-based behavioral health treatment organization serving the greater Boston metro area. With a strong foundation in dual-diagnosis care, Clover offers a comprehensive continuum of programming including Day Treatment (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and standard Outpatient services. Their therapeutic approach draws on CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, family therapy, and holistic modalities to support clients navigating mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and co-occurring presentations. Clover is committed to individualized, compassionate care that meets clients where they are and supports lasting recovery.

The Opportunity

Clover Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled and dependable Clinician to join their team at their Chelmsford location. This is a full-time, in-person role for a clinician who can carry a mixed caseload of mental health and substance use clients, facilitate groups with confidence, and manage their time and documentation independently. • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in full compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to support continuity and quality of care
  • Manage your own schedule with a high degree of autonomy and accountability

Requirements

Required:

  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related social services field
  • Experience providing both mental health and substance use disorder treatment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage an independent caseload with consistent documentation compliance
  • Group facilitation experience in a clinical setting
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage schedule and documentation without close oversight
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred:

  • Active LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT licensure in the state of Massachusetts
  • Experience in IOP, PHP, or structured outpatient behavioral health settings

Benefits

Compensation and Schedule

  • Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 annually, with the ability to reach $90,000 based on experience, licensure, and qualifications
  • Health Benefits
  • PTO

  • Schedule: Full-time, in-person, Chelmsford, MA
  • One evening IOP group per week may be required
