We are seeking educators who:

- Respect play as the essential work of childhood
- Understand child development and use that knowledge to guide thoughtful, responsive practice
- Are organized, responsible, and reliable
- Value collaboration and enjoy contributing to a supportive, reflective team
- Bring warmth, joy, and steady positive energy into the classroom
- Have education or experience in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Appreciate Jewish traditions and values (experience welcomed; curiosity encouraged)
