Job Description

We are hiring a Front Office & Patient Experience Manager who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service, enjoys speaking with people both in-person and over the phone, and is highly organized. Is a multitasker and can aid in keeping the patient flow and office tasks up to date and compliant. This role is ideal for someone who loves working in a wellness-oriented environment and is also comfortable helping with social media and light administrative tasks. Someone who as experience as a medical assistant is also welcomed.

Responsibilities

· - Greet and assist patients in a warm, welcoming manner

· - Answer phones, respond to emails, and schedule appointments

· - Follow up with patient leads and inquiries in a timely, professional way

· - Enter patient data accurately in EMR, lab entry, and pharmaceutical portal.

· - Maintain current medical spa and wellness membership/reports monthly

· - Maintain accurate inventory and assist with ordering supplies

· - Collaborate on content with the company’s social media platforms

· - Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment

· - Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with a positive attitude

Qualifications

· - Proven customer service or front desk experience (medical spa or wellness setting preferred)

· - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· - Confident and comfortable on the phone

· - Organized and dependable with strong problem-solving skills

· - Tech-savvy with knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and basic content creation

· - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
