LICSW - Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker - Hybrid Opportunity. .''Leading psychiatric clinic committed to providing rapid access to high-quality care for individuals facing mental health and addiction challenges. Our multidisciplinary team—including physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, and nurses—is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge, compassionate treatment to our community.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy to support patients’ mental health and recovery goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA and clinical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
• Connect patients with community resources and support systems during care transitions.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active Massachusetts LICSW
• Experience in behavioral health, individual and/or group therapy preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with diverse populations.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and clinical documentation standards.'
