We're seeking a Manager to play a key role in shaping the future of retail brand experience!

Core Responsibilities

  • Assess, help prioritize, and deliver on training needs with a focus but not limited to the capability areas of Retail Operations and Product Knowledge for LEGO Branded Retail stores

  • Create best in class, innovative, playful, engaging learner journeys in a dynamic, and diverse global training team

  • Manage Training Initiatives End-to-End including Communications and training calendar integration.

  • Build strong relationships across PMD, Marketing, Retail Operations, Field Ops, and other relevant teams to leverage and share existing learning assets with a focus on such topics as Product Training, Operations

  • Manage & align the budget and assets required for the capability area.

As a Manager, Global Retail Training you will play a meaningful role in delivering on the LEGO Retail Value Proposition of being the Home of the brand. By building a strong understanding of audience needs and creating a pioneering, playful, scalable training offering you will help elevate the LEGO brand experience for branded store teams, children and adult shoppers alike.

Do you have what it takes ?

  • Proven experience in a Retail Training or Retail Operations function with a Training component

  • Strong training design competence with strong verbal and written communication competence and copywriting skills

  • Experience from a large, global branded retail organization

  • Fast resilient learner & networker with the flexibility to work across time zones

  • Strong Collaboration skills

  • Fluent in English both in writing and verbal communication

Nice to Have:

  • Demonstrated Product Training Experience & Sales or Guest Experience Training

  • End-To-End Project Management Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, psychology, related fields or equivalent working experience is preferred

Compensation

The salary for this position has a range of $107,885.00 - $161,827.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
