Quality Engineer

Description

The Quality Engineer supports Kinetic Engine Systems' commitment to superior craftsmanship and continuous improvement by driving daily quality initiatives; planning and executing targeted improvement projects; and serving as a key liaison between operations, engineering, and customers. This role analyzes nonconformances; performs root-cause investigations; implements corrective and preventive actions; enhances inspection methods and procedures; leads AS9102 First Article submissions; conducts internal audits; and supports successful new product introductions. The Quality Engineer also mentors inspection personnel; maintains compliance with ISO-9001/AS-9100 standards; installs and monitors statistical process controls; and champions 6S activities to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-performing aerospace manufacturing environment.

The pay range for this position is $86000.00 - $107000.00/yr.
