The Psychiatrist role involves joining an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive mental health services to 80 clients within a Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT).

Part-time or full-time positions are available, with compensation of $120/hour or $250K annually. Responsibilities include medical supervision, psychopharmacological treatment, supportive therapy, crisis evaluations, staff training, and community outreach in clients’ homes.

Candidates must be M.D. Board certified or eligible, licensed in Massachusetts, with experience in serious mental illness and knowledge of the PACT model preferred. Basic computer skills and a valid driver’s license are required.
