Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Engineer to contribute to the development of a next-generation AI platform powering advanced, data-driven solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge generative AI technologies within a highly collaborative and fast-paced engineering environment.
You will partner with a diverse group of engineers, data specialists, and product stakeholders to design and deliver scalable platform capabilities. A key focus of this position is adapting and extending platform functionality for government and defense-oriented applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Python, React, and Next.js
Build and integrate APIs and agent-based systems , including AI-driven and LLM-powered workflows
Leverage large language models (LLMs) for data processing, retrieval, and intelligent synthesis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, data scientists, and product leaders
Implement robust testing, debugging, and code optimization practices
Contribute to the development of confidence scoring and validation pipelines for AI outputs
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support efficient software delivery
Work with knowledge graphs (Neo4j) and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or cloud-managed equivalents
Deploy and manage applications across cloud environments (AWS preferred; Azure and GCP are a plus)
Utilize containerization technologies to support scalable and portable deployments
Stay current with advancements in generative AI and agentic architectures , applying best practices to platform development

Required Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship is required
Experience supporting defense or government environments , including handling classified data
Active Secret clearance required (Top Secret or higher preferred)
7+ years of professional experience in software engineering
Prior experience working on enterprise-scale platforms is preferred
Technical Skills & Expertise
Strong proficiency in Python for backend development
Hands-on experience building full-stack applications using React and Next.js
Experience with AI agents / agentic systems and LLM-based application design
Familiarity with knowledge graphs (Neo4j) and relational databases (PostgreSQL or cloud equivalents such as Amazon RDS)
Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines
Understanding of confidence scoring mechanisms and validation pipelines in AI systems
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
